If you cancel a reservation less than 7 days in advance of an event start date, you will receive a 90% refund.
No refunds will be given after an event has started.

Grail LLC does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
Grail LLC and its employees are not responsible for decisions made by any organization concerning the acceptance or rejection of an applicant applying for any credential or certification.
Grail LLC and its employees are not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedule, overbooking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, war, quarantine, criminal activity, or for any other cause beyond its control.
Grail LLC workshops have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please call us at 866-594-3590 within 30 days of attending an event (e.g., workshop, class). Just tell us what made you unhappy, and you can participate in another event for free or receive a refund.

Policy on Sharing Usernames and Passwords
Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and security of our organization’s information systems and data by prohibiting the sharing of usernames and passwords with others. Our organization’s information systems and data include third-party hosts (e.g., MoodleCloud).
Policy Statement:
Usernames and passwords are unique identifiers used to access our organization’s information systems and data. Sharing these credentials with others compromises the security of our systems and data and is strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. Users must not disclose their credentials to anyone, including colleagues, family members, friends, or external parties.
Users are prohibited from using another individual's username and password to access our organization’s systems and data.
If you suspect your username and password have been compromised or are being misused, we ask that you should immediately report it to Grail LLC.
Grail LLC will never ask for usernames and passwords via email, phone, or any other communication method. Users must be vigilant against phishing attempts or other fraudulent activities requesting their credentials.
Users must follow password security best practices, including using strong, unique passwords, regularly updating passwords, and not reusing passwords across multiple systems or accounts.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to account suspension, termination of access privileges, and legal action.
Enforcement:
Enforcement of this policy is the responsibility of individuals who have access to our organization’s information systems and data. Violations of this policy will be investigated by Grail LLC or the appropriate authority, and disciplinary action will be taken as necessary.
Review and Revision:
This policy will be reviewed annually by Grail LLC to ensure its effectiveness and relevance. Any necessary revisions will be made in accordance with changes in technology, regulations, or business requirements.
